Leekfrith Bygone Days
is a historical society formed in Feb 2008 with the aim of researching the history of the Leekfrith parish and it's surrounding areas. Leekfrith parish is a few miles north of Leek Staffordshire and includes the Roaches, an area of outstanding beauty.

A project, called Children on the Move, is about evacuation during World War Two,.
There will be a series of linked events around Staffordshire over the next 18 months, starting at Kidsgrove Library on 8 July (3 till 5) and continuing at Leek Library on 23 September (10 till 12.30).
